(pw) Integration: currently a hotly debated topic, but in our office everyday life. In addition to colleagues from (the whole of) Germany, some come from Spain, Turkey, from Russia, from Iran, from Syria, etc. This mixture is great! The different mentalities bring new ideas into our office, let each other look at projects differently and direct the designs one time or another in an unfamiliar but very beautiful direction. It does not matter which nation you belong to, the fun and passion for our work is important!
