Young and old, singles and families: In BelleRü, they should all find a new home. The construction of the object has now begun in the heart of Essen-Rüttenscheid. Koschany + Zimmer Architekten KZA realize the project for the company group Interboden.
The 70 residential units are spread over five houses in a green courtyard and three more on Veronikastrasse. The condominiums offer between 52 and 141 square meters of living space. Characteristic are open spaces with spacious balconies, penthouses with roof terraces and ground floor apartments with private gardens. Glazed staircase spaces underline the open, light-flooded impression.
Modern equipment
The architectural design provides for a change of plaster, clinker, flat roofs and a saddle roof, which adjoins the existing building on the road side. Smart-home features, underground parking spaces with electrical connections and an own app are designed to offer the owners special comfort. The handover is scheduled for the end of 2018.
