Modular building is a topic in the 04/2018 issue of the magazine „Stahlbau heute“ (Steel construction today). Axel Koschany presents the winning design of the KZA office in the competition organized by the General Association of the German housing industry (GdW).
The article describes the basic ideas of the modular housing design that the KZA team developed together with the module manufacturer ALHO from Morsbach, Germany. In addition, it is also about the peculiarities of steel frame modules.
