Build faster, cheaper and more digitally: This is what the new building regulations in North Rhine-Westphalia promise. But what is the point of these promises, and which major changes will the new rules bring? The 18th KZA Round of experts will get to the bottom of these questions – on Wednesday, 27 March, at 3 pm.
One of the speakers is Janosch Neumann. For him, a clear evaluation of the positive announcements is currently difficult. „First experiences and individual case designs reveal an ambivalent picture“, the attorney says.
Michel Raimo Famulicki also thinks that there are many pending points. It lacks, above all, in concrete recommendations for the implementation of the new regulations, as the architect emphazises. „The housing industry expects pragmatic solutions for the application. Only under this condition, we can hold or increase the past speed in building.“
These brief statements already show that there is a lot to be said and clarified. We were able to win the following speakers for our panel:
Dr. Thomas Wilk
Ministry for regional identity, communities and local government, building and gender equality of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia
Lawyer Janosch Neumann
Heinemann & Partner Attorneys
Dipl.-Ing. Michel Raimo Famulicki
