The large-scale project „Living and trading on Schlesierweg“ in Wolfsburg is assuming shape. Project participants, politicians and other guests celebrated the topping-out ceremony on Thursday at the Laagberg construction site.
On behalf of the municipal housing company Neuland in Wolfsburg, 65 new apartments for singles, families and senior citizens are being built. Already in May, the first tenants will be able to move in. At the same time, a modern service centre is being built. By the end of 2019, there will be a drugstore and a supermarket as well as doctors and a pharmacy.
The design of the KZA team will be implemented by a general contractor. The Essen office will be responsible for quality assurance. Neuland is investing around 30 million euros in the project.
